Childrens Ministry

Maine District Children's Ministries

The mission of UPCI Children’s Ministries is to assist the whole church in developing and maintaining a healthy and effective Church. This ministry trains, equips, and motivates workers to evangelize, disciple, and nurture spiritual development among people of all ages with special emphasis on children’s ministries. We will strive to serve the spiritual and natural needs of children.

Maine District Children's Ministries

Maine District Children's Ministries partners with the UPCI Children's Ministries Department to serve the children of the Maine District. We offer events throughout the year geared towards ministering to kids up to age 12.

Events:

Kidz Church: Each year during Family Camp we offer Kidz Church during the morning Bible Teaching session for kids age 3-12. It's a power-packed hour of worship, object lessons, teaching a Bible story, and a time of prayer for our kids. There is also a choir song that we teach which the kids share during an evening service at camp. Each year kids receive the Holy Ghost and we are always so excited to pour into their lives.

Kidz Camp: During the second week of July we host a week-long camp for kids age 8-12. Our morning and evening services are high-energy services which are aimed toward bringing children close to God. We provide daily events like water fights, crafts, bounce houses, group games, and much more! Each year we see kids receive the Holy Ghost, make lifelong friends, and get closer to God, building a foundation for their future.

Save Our Children Offering:

In the month leading up to Easter Sunday, churches participate in an offering drive that supports the Save Our Children initiative through the General Children's Ministries Department. SOC supports many ministries such as Global SOC Rallies, Teacher Training, Junior Bible Quizzing, and much more!
